Apply My Form is a non-government nonprofit industry based and industry managed organization. Which is playing an active role in India’s development process. The premier education association of India Established in 2008, has about 100 members. Those who participate in the fellowship process in the form of private as well as government area where JEE & NEET included. Apply My Form portal is a one stop solution. Through which student application, Receiving, processing, Approval, and various services available to the student are enabled. The initiative aims to provide a simplified, mission oriented, accountable, responsive and transparent smart system for direct and effective disposal of grant applications and delivery of funds directly to the beneficiaries account without any problem.
